Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal medicines, returns are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure safety and hygiene.
A return will be accepted only if:
The product is damaged, defective, leaked, or expired at the time of delivery
The wrong product has been delivered
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The original invoice/receipt must be provided
Clear photos or videos of the product must be shared for verification
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Products returned without original packaging or invoice
Discounted or clearance sale items
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, as applicable
Replacement will be provided for eligible cases, subject to product availability
If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product, courier charges will be borne by Ayurmed Pharmaceuticals
In all other cases, return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer
