Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal medicines, we do not offer refunds or returns on opened, used, or tampered products. This is done to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.
(Kyuki ayurvedic medicines health se related hoti hain, is liye opened ya used product ka refund possible nahi hota.)
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, expired, or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of product delivery in case of any issue.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging along with the original invoice.
Clear photos or videos of the product must be shared for verification.
If you receive an incorrect product, we will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
In such cases, courier charges will be borne by Ayurmed Pharmaceuticals.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation or refund will not be possible.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, debit/credit card, or bank transfer).
The following items are not eligible for refund:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Discounted or clearance sale items
